Information for agents

If we have invited you to tender for a client's property, this is how it works. There is nothing to register for and nothing to pay unless you sell.

We invite you. We shortlist three agents for each property, by email. A vendor can also ask us to include you.

You accept our agent terms. Once you sign, we send you the vendor's name and the property address.

You meet the vendor. Book a time with them directly, within seven days. We won't be there. Please don't ask the vendor to sign anything at the meeting.

You send us your proposal. Within 24 hours of the meeting, on our proposal form: expected price, marketing costs item by item, commission, method of sale and expected time to sell.

The vendor chooses. We compare the three proposals with the vendor, negotiate, and tell all three agents the outcome.

We will contact you when a property near you comes up. We discuss our terms with each agent then, before you agree to anything.
