How it works
Choosing an agent is the biggest decision in your sale. You start with the same data they have, then we make three of them compete for it, in writing.

We talk.
We call you within one business day with an RP Data report on your home already in front of us, and talk you through what it shows. Once you sign up with us, we send you the full report.

We shortlist three agents.
You can add any agent you already like.

Each agent visits you.
They meet you at home within a week. You sign nothing on the day.

We compare their proposals, with you.
After each visit we talk with you about how the meeting went and how you felt about the agent. Your impressions count as much as the numbers: price, marketing costs and commission, side by side. Then we negotiate for you.

We check in on the campaign every week and advise you on offers, right through to settlement.

Who we are
Local Advocate is an independent vendor advocacy service, run by an estate agent who has been licensed in Victoria for over a decade.
Most people sell a home only a few times in their life, while the agent across the table does it every week. We work for the seller and nobody else. We don't sell property ourselves, so we have no listing to win and no reason to tell you what you want to hear.
